Instructions:

1-8:

Top couple join hands and side slip down for 8 and then back for 8.

9-16:

1st couple, followed by all other couples, cast off to the bottom; 1st couple make an arch and the other three couples dance up to new positions.

17-24:

All hold hands down the lines, and the bottom couple joins their hands to create a horseshoe. The top two people in line 2 hold up their arms in an arch, and the top person from line 1 leads the line through the arch until back in their original spot.

25-32:

This step is repeated the other way round, with the arch between the top two people of line 1.
