Military Two-Step

Formation: Couples around the room facing anti-clockwise, tallest person on the inside.
Bars:
Instructions:
1-2:
Arms joined behind each other’s backs, touch heel then toe of outer foot to ground twice, bouncing on the inner foot with each touch.
3-4:
Walk forward for three steps then turn towards each other to face in the opposite direction.
5-8:
Repeat in the opposite direction.
9-10:
Bounce and kick with right foot, then bounce and kick with left foot.
11-12:
Spin outside partner under arm.
13-16:
Join hands in a ballroom hold and polka around the room.
